Sunset Hill Resort – Health | Happiness | Enjoyment
Founded in 2005 by a Dutch family the Sunset Hill Resort is the first apartment resort on Koh Phangan. Construction of the first 2 buildings, Rose and Lotus, was finished in 2008 and the newest building Jasmine was delivered end of 2009. The resort now consists of 30 apartments which all have their unique characteristics. Currently the resort is still managed by the Dutch family with the help of an English manager and a fantastic team of Thai staff and getting more and more popular.
The resort’s founders based the concept of the resort on the belief of creating Health, Happiness and Enjoyment and have instilled these beliefs into the resort’s service team and design of the apartments. At Sunset Hill the owners and guests are treated like honored friends instead customers, which will make you feel at home and relaxed. In the near future we are looking for a renowned resort-chain or management company to take over the management and maintenance of the resort.
The resort development is now in Phase II which consists of 1 more apartment building with 16 bays and a big swimming pool with pool bar, a Thai-Western pool-side restaurant, a gym/sports area and spa. In the meantime we are also preparing for Phase III which consists of 6 luxury 2-4 bedroom villa’s on private subdivided land.
Enjoying yourself will be very easy at the resort because of the many facilities and activities available here, such as the very well located “Infinity” swimming pool with a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi, a cosy lounge/bar which serves Thai and Western specialities, and a professional massage team. We can also arrange professional diving courses, scooter/cars rental, several tours on and around the island, and special events and trips. The nightlife is famous because there are many (beach)parties on Koh Phangan, the world famous Full Moon Party, the amazing Half Moon Party and several other nice events. If you are tired of exploring the island you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic sea view with exhilarating sunsets.
