Our Superior garden view studio’s (45 m2) are located on the ground floor and top floor of Sunset Hill’s low-rise apartment building Jasmine. The luxury finished studios consist of a spacious bedroom with 2 single or one double bed. The lower floor studios have sliding doors opening to the covered garden terrace with a dining table and views on the lush garden while the top floor studio’s are extra spacious inside with standard 2 single beds, and have no outdoor terrace. On top of the high quality beds the studios are equipped with a luxury flat screen TV and DVD/Music system, a small kitchen counter with water cooker and microwave, a big fridge, a working desk and bedside tables. Of course the apartments also have Aircon and fan. If you are looking for affordable luxury this is the apartment for you.

Tip: there is one Superior Studio with a kitchen inside , which makes it ideal for longstayers who often require a kitchen, please contact us.

Check-out time:      12.00pm (late check-outs until 6.00pm can be made by appointment at a rate of 500THB/room)
Check-in time:        2.00 pm until 6.00 pm (later check-in times are available by appointment).
The Lounge (reception area and restaurant) are open 8.00am until Late.
FREE wireless internet in the rooms and throughout the resort; with a communal PC work-station FREE for use.
Room service is available.

Sauna is available free of charge (by appointment).

Booking Details
Booking Deposit paid to secure reservation 25%

FMP reservations: min stay 3 nights; arrival date can be on Full Moon date.
NYE reservations: min stay 7 nights; arrival date is 1 day before New Year.
Compulsory New Year Eve warm-up party @ 2,000 THB per person
(incl. Taxi to Haad Rin, food & refreshments, a glass of champagne and entertainment)

All rates are in Thai Baht and are INCLUSIVE of tax and service charges
Transfers from/to Thongsala Pier to the Resort are available upon special request direct to the resort ONLY
Extra bed is available at the stated nightly rates;1 extra bed per bedroom maximum.
No charge for children under 10 years sharing a room with parents without extra bed.

Cancellation Policy

General
Cancellations made after booking date and more than 15 days before the Check-In date is charged at: 25%
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the Check-In date is charged at: 50%
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Check-In date is charged at: 100%
No shows at the date of arrival is charged at: 100%
Early check out is charged at: 100%

New Year
Prepayment required on booking date to secure the reservation: 50%
Cancellations made more than 32 days before the Check-In date is charged at: 100%
Prepayment required before 01 December: 100%
Cancellations made less than 31 days before the Check-In date is charged at: 100%

Bank details
The deposit should be made to the resort immediately after the booking.
All bookings will be checked and confirmed by the Resort, through email, before a booking is valid.
Please transfer the monies to our bank account as specified below ONLY and send us a bank slip transfer by email as proof.
