All apartments are equipped with aircon, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, DVD, Hi-Fi stereo, water cooker with tea and coffee maker, hot water and en
suite bathroom facilities with w/c.
Some apartments have living areas within the unit in a studio style (marked as living area) and some have separate dedicated living rooms (marked
as separate living room).
Booking Details
All rates are in Thai Baht and are INCLUSIVE of tax and service charges
Rates are based upon self catering, serviced apartments and are EXCLUSIVE of breakfast.
50% deposit payment is required 15days before arrival; this is non-refundable.
100% (the balance) payment is required upon Check-In; this is non-refundable.
We allow 24hrs prior to the Check-In date for cancellations/changes; after this time we reserve the right to charge 100%.
Transfers from/to Thongsala Pier to the Resort are available upon special request direct to the resort ONLY (200THB/person)
Transfer is available from the Resort to elsewhere on the island upon customers request.
Extra bed is available at the stated nightly rates;1 extra bed per bedroom maximum.
Baby cot is available at the stated nightly rates.
No charge for children under 10 years sharing a room with parents without extra bed.
Safety deposit box is provided in every room or at Reception.
Services
Check-out time: 12.00pm (late check-outs until 6.00pm can be made by appointment at a rate of 1,000THB/room)
Check-in time: 2.00 pm until 6.00 pm (later check-in times are available by appointment).
The Lounge (reception area and restaurant) are open 08:00 until Late.
FREE wireless internet in the rooms and throughout the resort; with a communal PC work-station FREE for use.
Room service is available.
Laundry service is available.
Sauna is available free of charge (by appointment).
Massage service is available at applicable rates.
Motor bike and car hire can be arranged onsite.
Maid cleaning service is included within the rates
There is an on-site tour desk which can arrange various island trekking, diving and boat tours.
Booking Requirements
Full Moon reservatiomnsin: stay 3 nights; arrival date can be on Full Moon date.
New Year reservatiomnsin stay 7 nights; arrival date is 1 day before New Year.
Compulsory New Year Eve warm-up party @ 1,500 THB per person
(incl. Taxi to Haad Rin, food & refreshments, a glass of champagne and entertainment)
Cancellation Policy
Generally
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the Check-In date is charged at: 50%
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Check-In date is charged at: 100%
No shows at the date of arrival is charged at: 100%
Early check out is charged at: 100%
Refunds are made less any transaction charges incurred.
New Year
Prepayment required before 15 December: 100%
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the Check-In date is charged at: 100%
Bank details
The deposit should be made to the resort immediately after the booking.
All bookings will be checked and confirmed by the Resort, through email, before a booking is valid.
Please transfer the monies to our bank account as specified below ONLY and send us a bank slip transfer by email as proof.
